FAQs

      Size: What size is your headbands?
Our headbands are a one-size fits all type of headband and are delicate enough for infants to wear leaving no marks.
Clips: What side do you wear the bows on?
For those who order bows with clips, they are made to be worn on the right side of the head, however if you would like for us to make it on the left side of the head please leave a note of preference in the comment box on the check-out page.
Shipping: What are your shipping options?
Orders will ship right out of Hawaii within 2-4 business days of purchase via USPS First class (not insured), flat rate of $4.50, usually arriving within 3-5 business days for US residents. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If you would like to upgrade shipping... USPS Priority mail (insured) option available when checking out.
My tracking hasn't updated or order says delivered but i can't find my package.
Best thing to do is contact your local post office and inquire with them about your missing order.  Once orders are shipped we are no longer liable for lost or stolen items.
 International : Where is my order?
 We are unable to help coordinate delivery for international orders. If your package has not yet arrived we recommend contacting your local post office and providing them with your tracking information. Your package is likely being held at the postal office until duties or taxes are paid. Please look into your countries import duty/tariff tax’s. Any customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer.
Return : Can I return my order?
Our item is made to order.  We do not accept returns.
Refunds: What do you do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with our ultimate objective to satisfy the customer.  We stand behind our products and will either refund or exchange an item if resulting in our error only.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us (hello@cialaco.com) immediately so we can resolve the issue.
